Terms of Service

The app is for our coaching clients and for the coach. You must be at least 18, and your account is created for you by your coach as part of a coaching agreement. You may not share your login or let anyone else use your account.

The app is where your training program, food log, weigh-ins, habits, check-ins and messages with your coach live. The guidance in it is general fitness and nutrition coaching from a personal trainer. It is not medical advice, and your coach is not a doctor, dietitian or physiotherapist.

See a doctor before starting or changing an exercise or nutrition program, especially if you have a medical condition, are pregnant, or take medication. Stop and seek medical help if you feel pain, faintness or anything that seems wrong. You are responsible for training safely and within your own limits.

Keep your password private and choose one that you do not use elsewhere. Tell us straight away if you think someone else has access. You can change your password, sign out of all devices, and permanently delete your account and all of its data from Settings at any time.

What you log belongs to you. You give us permission to store it, show it to your coach, and use it to run the app. We never sell it. Details are in the Privacy Policy.

Use the app for your own coaching. Do not try to access anyone else's data, probe or overload the service, upload anything unlawful or abusive, or use the messaging to harass anyone. We can suspend or close an account that does.

Coaching fees, billing dates and any refund terms are set out in your coaching agreement and handled through our payment provider (Stripe), not inside the app. The app itself has no in-app purchases. If a coaching agreement ends or is paused, app access may end or be paused with it.

Meal photos, progress photos and form-check videos are stored privately and shown only to you and your coach. Meal photos are kept for 30 days unless you pin them; progress photos are kept so you can compare over time. Send only images of yourself that you are comfortable your coach seeing.

We aim to keep the app running but do not promise it will always be available or error-free. We may change or remove features, and we may take the app offline for maintenance. Export your data from Settings whenever you want a copy.

You can delete your account at any time. We may close your account when your coaching agreement ends, or earlier if these terms are broken. When an account is closed, your data is deleted as described in the Privacy Policy.

The app and the coaching in it are provided “as is.” To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not liable for injury, loss or damage arising from your use of the app or from following training or nutrition guidance in it, and our total liability to you for any claim is limited to the coaching fees you paid us in the three months before the claim. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

If we change these terms in a way that matters, we will tell you in the app or by email before the change takes effect. The date at the top is the version you are reading.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Minnesota, United States, and any dispute will be handled in the courts there, unless the law where you live gives you rights that cannot be taken away.
